Best food since ’60s

Facing the enchanting Piazza Sforza Cesarini, between the walls of what once was the palace of the Borgias, Trattoria Polese was born in the early ‘60s, created by Biagio Polese (below). Today, his sons, Paolo and Lorenzo, continue his work, never forgetting the rules of a gastronomic culture based on popular recipes.
